ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY – FANTASTIC MINIATURES
ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Please note: Orders can only be canceled in full — item-by-item cancellation is not currently supported.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER: STEP-BY-STEP
For logged-in customers:
Log in to your account on our website.
Go to Orders(on your Profile page).
Click View to select the order you wish to cancel.
Choose a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Click Continue to complete your cancel request.
For guest customers (customers who checked out as guest):
Customers who complete checkout as guests are not eligible to cancel orders online through their account. Please check the Lifetime Return Policy and follow the instructions.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once your cancellation request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the address associated with your account.
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, your cancellation request will be approved and your refund will be processed to your original form of payment typically within 7 business days.
If your order has been processed for shipping, your cancellation request will not be approved, and you will need to check the Lifetime Return Policy and follow the instructions.

LIFETIME RETURN POLICY – FANTASTIC MINIATURES
At Fantastic Art Studios, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our miniatures. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Return Policy. If you purchased your miniature directly from fantasticartstudios.com, you can return it at any time.
Please read the details below carefully before initiating a return.
ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including:
All original miniature parts and protective materials inside the original case and original art box.
Items must be complete. Missing parts may void eligibility for a refund.
You must return the correct item for your return to be processed.
Note:
If you accidentally send the wrong item, contact Customer Service immediately at [email protected]. We do not guarantee retrieval or compensation for incorrect returns.
Items not intended for us or returned by mistake may be recycled or donated and will not be returned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Our miniatures are hand finished and polished, so small variations (between one item and another, or from the picture originally presented on our website) are expected and not considered defects.
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, you may still return it provided it meets the condition requirements listed above. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable tax refunds will be handled according to local legislation.
Only the miniatures are eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Outer and art boxes are not.
If damage is caused by improper repackaging, we may deny your refund and charge for return shipping.
Refused shipments will be treated as returns. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If an order is returned due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address or delivery refusal), reshipping costs will apply.
Orders returned due to unpaid duties or international taxes – shipping and taxes will not be refunded.
If you purchased a product through another store, contact them directly for returns.
SPECIAL REFUND SCENARIOS
Gift Cards: Funds used from gift cards will be refunded directly to the same payment method used for purchasing the items.
Reward Points: Reward points used will not be refunded in cash but will be returned to your Fantastic Art Studios account.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order payments include a non-refundable deposit. Taxes and shipping fees are also non-refundable.
